Our winter cover sets come with an individual cover for each piece in your set. This makes it much easier to put on as they are much lighter than one cover. This also allows you to amend the layout of your configuration or add future pieces and covers to your collection with ease.

Please note, if you have purchased your set from 2022 onwards and set up your 2-seater sofa with the armrest on the right (when you sit on it), you will need the right-hand cover set. If you have set up the 2-seater sofas with the armrest on the left (when you sit on it), you will need the left-hand cover set. Sets purchased before 2022 will require the right-hand cover set.

Customers do not need to register for the guarantee to be valid. However, proof of purchase will be required should any claim arise.

purchase from the original buyer against any manufacturing or material defects. This guarantee does not cover damages that arise from:

Any furniture or products used in a business or commercial environment unless otherwise agreed beforehand

Damage resulting from improper assembly or set up, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.

Cushions, covers and glass are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

We recommend checking your item(s) over as soon as you receive delivery to make sure there are no faults or damage that may have occurred during the delivery. If you do find anything then please contact our team straight away and send us photos of the issue so we can assess the damage and arrange either an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. If we aren't notified of any damage or fault within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) then we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We ask that any faults are reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can authorise a replacement or a refund without delay. If it is later than 48 hours, then our quality control team may need to investigate the cause of the damage to determine if it happened prior to delivery. If your item(s) are damaged or faulty upon delivery, then you have a few options to resolve this.

Within 14 days of delivery:

We will send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you
We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund including the original delivery charge.

Within 14–30 days of delivery:

We will send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you
We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund in the form of a credit note including the original delivery charge.

CHANGED MY MIND/NOT SUITABLE

Less than 1% of customers last year returned an item as unsuitable so we are confident that you'll be very pleased with your order. However, if the item is unsuitable then the following options are available to you.
