Returns Policy

We have thousands of happy customers worldwide who enjoy our beautiful furniture which looks good year after year, even in the most challenging weather that the UK has to offer. To give you peace of mind when buying from us we offer a 14 day return policy as laid out below. You can contact our team on 0117 325 5247 to discuss the options available.

 

Damaged or Faulty Item 

 

We ask that any faults are reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we are able to authorise a replacement or a refund without delay. If it is later than 48 hours then our quality control team may need to investigate the cause of the damage to determine if it happened prior to delivery. If your item(s) are damaged or faulty upon delivery then you have a few options to resolve this:

 

Within 14 Days of Delivery - 

 

  • We'll send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you.
  • We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund, including the delivery cost (if delivery charges applied to the original order).

 

Within 14-30 days of delivery -

 

  • We'll send you an alternative product of equal value for free and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you.
  • We will collect the faulty item and give you a full refund in the form of a credit note, including the delivery cost (if delivery charges applied to the original order).

 

 

Not Suitable

 

Less than 1% of customers last year returned an item as unsuitable so we're confident that you'll be very pleased with your order. However, if the item is unsuitable then the following options are available to you: 

 

Within 14 Days of Delivery -

 

  • We'll send you an alternative product of equal value (subject to a collection charge*) and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you.
  • You can return the items to us, packaged and suitable for resale and receive a full refund for the cost of the item (no refund for cost of delivery).
  • We can arrange collection of the items with a refund (the cost of collection* will be deducted from the refund). The items must be packaged and suitable for resale.

 

Within 14-30 days of delivery -

 

  • We'll send you an alternative product of equal value (subject to a collection charge*) and collect the unsuitable item on a day that's convenient for you.
  • You can return the items to us, packaged and suitable for resale and receive a refund in the form of a credit note.
  • We can arrange collection of the items with a refund in the form of a credit note (the cost of collection* will be deducted from the refund). The items must be packaged and suitable for resale.

 

 

*The cost of collection may vary depending on the size and quantity of item(s) and where you are situated. Please contact our team who can calculate the collection charge and arrange the return with you.

 

We recommend checking your item(s) over as soon as you receive delivery to make sure there are no faults or damage that may have occurred during the delivery. If you do find anything then please contact our team straight away and send us photos of the issue so we can assess the damage and arrange either an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. If we aren't notified of any damage or fault within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) then we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.
